Properties: Gray-white powder. Little bitter, no osmyl. The density is 1.01-1.02. Soluble in chloroform, acetone, alcohol. Slightly soluble in benzene. Insoluble in water and gasoline.
Application: DOTG can be used in NR, IIR, IR, NBR, SNR, SBR and CR. Seldom used alone, it is usually used in combination with thiazoles, thiurams, dithiocarbamates and sulphenmides to give higher activity. Mainly used in processing thick rubber products, tread rubber, breaker rubber, rubber roll cover and so on. This product isn’t suitable for food-related products or medical products.
Storage: To keep the bags tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place at 25℃ max, to place the goods on the dry wooden shelf at a height of 20cm min. And to avoid from moisture, sunshine, light and fires. The recommended max.shelf life is two years.
Package: 20/25kg paper bag or PP weaved bag lined with plastic bag.
