Properties: Rubber accelerator DPTT is gray yellow powder. Specific gravity is 1.41-1.40. It’s soluble in CS2, trichoromethane and carbon tetrachloride, and insoluble in water.No-odor and no toxicity.
Applications: Rubber accelerator DPTT is as the secondary accelerator for NR, SBR, EPDM and NBR. As free sulfur can be decomposed when heating, it can also be used as a curing agent, the effective sulfur content is 28% of its quality. As curing agent, it’s safe accelerator under the operating temperature, with high cross-linking density, lower return to the original tendency, excellent heat and aging resistance. It can be used in latex sponge combined with ZMBT. No pollution. Generally used in the manufacture of heating-resistant products, cables and so on.
Storage: To keep the bags tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place at 25℃ max, to place the goods on the dry wooden shelf at a height of 20cm min. And to avoid from moisture, sunshine, light and fires. The recommended max.shelf life is two years.
Package: 25kg paper bag or PP weaved bag lined with plastic bag.
