Properties: White powder. The density is 1.41. Soluble in 1% NaOH solution, CS2, benzene, chloroform; Slightly soluble in alcohol; Insoluble in gasoline.
Application: ZDEC can be used as primary or secondary accelerator for NR, IR, SBR, NBR, IIR, and EPDM.Used in both natural and synthetic lattices. Offers faster acceleration action than ZDMC. Generally requires a thiazole (e.g.ZMBT) for safe processing.
Storage: To keep the bags tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place at 25℃ max, to place the goods on the dry wooden shelf at a height of 20cm min. And to avoid from moisture, sunshine, light and fires. The recommended max.shelf life is two years.
Package: 25kg paper bag or PP weaved bag lined with plastic bag.
