Properties: White powder. No taste, no poison. The density is 1.66. Soluble in lower concentration alkali, CS2, benzene, acetone and CH2CL2; Partly soluble in chloroform; Insoluble in alcohol, CCL4 and ethyl acetate.
Application: ZDMC can be used as primary or secondary accelerator for NR, IR, SBR, NBR, IIR, and EPDM. Faster cure than TMTD, but better scorch safety. Seldom used alone, usually used as secondary accelerator. Used also for low temperature and fast cure. Generally requires a thiozole for safe processing. As it is tasteless and odorless, it can be used for products related for foodstuff.
Storage: To keep the bags tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place at 25℃ max, to place the goods on the dry wooden shelf at a height of 20cm min. And to avoid from moisture, sunshine, light and fires. The recommended max.shelf life is two years.
Package: 25kg paper bag or PP weaved bag lined with plastic bag.
